A man will appear in court today on charges relating to the killing of a 42-year-old man in Walkinstown, Dublin earlier this week.
Gardaí investigating the murder of Paul Keegan have arrested three men in the past two days in connection with the stabbing, a Garda statement said.
One man appeared before the Dublin District Court yesterday and was remanded to appear before the same court next Friday, December 21st.
The second man arrested will appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court 46 at 10.30am today.
A third man arrested remains in custody at Crumlin Garda Station and his period of detention has been extended, a Garda statement said late last night.
Mr Keegan, a father of two, was stabbed in a laneway off Beechfield Road in Walksinstown on the night of Monday December 10th. He died a short time afterwards at St James's Hospital.
