A man is due in court today charged with the death of a man in Downpatrick, Co Down, at the weekend.
Mr Colin McCarthy (40) was found dead in a house in the town on Sunday.
Another man (37), also from Downpatrick, was charged with murder last night and is due in Newtownards Magistrates Court today.
