A man who tried to force a 15-year-old boy to drink a can filled with urine during a robbery was jailed for six months yesterday.
Dwayne Rossiter (18), Woodbrook Glen, Bray, Co Wicklow, pleaded guilty at the Dublin Children’s Court to robbery of the boy and threatening to kill or cause him serious harm in Dún Laoghaire on July 21st last .
A 17-year-old co-defendant admitted the same charges.
Garda Paul Kelly told Judge John O’Neill that the boy was forced on to a number 75 bus by three youths, including the defendants, and “held against his will”.
