At Ennis District Court, Anthony Burke (40), Crowe Street, Gort, appeared for the third time in connection with the reckless discharge of a firearm contrary to Section 8 of the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act, 1990.

He is also charged that on October 9th at Crowe St, Gort, he had a weapon, which gave rise to a reasonable inference that he had not got the gun for a lawful purpose, contrary to the Firearms Act.
