A Co Tipperary man who raped and buggered one of his sisters 20 years ago has been remanded by the Central Criminal Court for sentence. The now 40-year-old west Tipperary man pleaded guilty to two charges of buggering and two of raping his then 10-13 year-old sister on dates from 1978 to 1981.
The man also pleaded guilty to two further charges of indecently assaulting another of his sisters, then aged from six to 12 years, on dates from 1971 to 1977. Mr Justice Carney remanded him on continuing bail for sentence on May 20th.
