Brendan McGillicuddy (46) with an address at Addison Rd, Fairview cashed eight cheques over two days in a number of north Dublin pubs and obtained £100 with a stolen credit card at Bank of Ireland, Ranelagh on June 19th.

Dublin District Court heard the chequebook and credit card were stolen from Milltown Golf Club on June 19th and so far no compensation has been paid.

Judge Thomas Fitzpatrick, who was told that the defendant had not made appointments to see a probation officer, remanded him on continuing bail to appear again on September 11th.
