Man remanded over Dublin stabbing

A man was remanded in custody over the fatal stabbing of Paul Keegan (42) in Walkinstown on December 10th.

A man was remanded in custody over the fatal stabbing of Paul Keegan (42) in Walkinstown on December 10th.

Warren Graham (20) of Shancastle Lawns, Clondalkin, appeared before the Dublin District Court charged with the murder.

Judge Hugh O'Donnell remanded him in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court tomorrow. He was granted legal aid.

Detective Sergeant Barry Butler told the court that Graham of Shancastle Lawns, Clondalkin, was arrested shortly before 8pm last night on St Agnes Road, Crumlin.

He said he was later charged with the murder of Paul Keegan at Crumlin Garda Station.

Mr Keegan, a father of two from Westpark apartments, Chapelizod, died in hospital after a stabbing.

The attack happened in a laneway off Beechfield Road, Walkinstown.

A firearm was discovered close to the scene.

Two other men have previously appeared in court in relation to the incident.
