A man was shot in the knees at his home in Wexford town last night.
The man, in his 30s, was shot by two men in the Ferndale Park area at around 10 p.m.
He is being treated in the Regional Hospital in Ardkeen in Co Waterford.
A Garda Technical Bureau team has been sent to investigate the attack.
