Technology company Ceva anounced this morning that its chief executive and chief financial officer have resigned over an apparent difference of opinion about the future direction of the company.
The resignations are the second senior management upheaval since Ceva merged with Irish mobile computer chip company Parthus.
The California based company said Chet Silvestri has been replaced as chief executive by Gideon Wertheizer and chief financial officer Christine Russell has been replaced by Yaniv Arieli.
Peter McManamon has assumed the role of chairman of the company, a post also held by Mr Sivestri.
