HAWAII - Capt Mark Phillips (48), the former husband of the Princess Royal, is to marry Ms Sandy Pflueger (47) in her native Hawaii tomorrow, according to newspaper reports yesterday.
Ms Pflueger is a leading dressage rider and selector for the US equestrian team which Capt Phillips manages.
