A jury has found US style guru Martha Stewart guilty on all charges of lying to investigators about her suspicious sale of stock in biotech company ImClone Systems Inc.
The eight women and four men returned their verdict on third day of deliberations, finding Stewart guilty of one count of conspiracy, two counts of making false statements and one count of obstruction of agency proceedings.
Each count carries a possible five-year jail term and a $250,000 fine.
Ms Stewart (61) has made a fortune personifying gracious living through books, a TV show and the million-plus circulation magazine called Martha Stewart Living.
