The German authorities and lawyers representing Ms Roisin McAliskey will go to the High Court in London tomorrow to seek an order that a London magistrate decide on an application for her extradition. Ms McAliskey's lawyers are keen for the extradition process to be completed so that they can appeal.
Tomorrow's joint application will be held in chambers.
Ms McAliskey is on conditional bail at the Maudsley Psychiatric Hospital in London. The extradition proceedings are stalled because mental distress prevents her from appearing in court.
Germany is seeking her extradition in connection with the IRA mortar attack on a British army base at Osnabruck.
