Terre Haute - Oklaho ma City bomber Timothy McVeigh (33) decided yesterday to seek a delay in his scheduled June 11th execution, accusing the US government of fraud for failing to turn over evidence it had collected before his trial.
His lawyers also suggested the government was hiding even more evidence, some of which may point to a wider conspiracy in the blast that killed 168 men, women and children. They added: "He is convinced that the Department of Justice and the FBI will not otherwise be held to account unless he takes this action," after meeting the Gulf War veteran at the federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana.
