Homes were damaged after a suspected mini tornado swept through a coastal town in Northern Ireland tonight.
Roof tiles were blown off and cars were tossed about as high-speed winds lashed Carrickfergus, Co Antrim.
Residents said the damage centred on the Thorndene Park area of the town.
One woman told how her jeep shook from side to side, and another motorist was flung against a lamp post.
