Gardaí are investigating a collision between the State car of Minister of Arts, Sport and Tourism John O'Donoghue, and a four-wheel drive in Co Kerry.
The collision occurred on Monday at about 3.30pm at Gurranebawn, Caherciveen, about 100 metres from Mr O'Donoghue's home.
The Minister and his driver were uninjured. The other vehicle, a Pajero, was being driven by a local woman.
Gardaí are treating the accident as "a material damage accident" in which there were no injuries to the people involved, and are investigating, Supt Michael O'Donovan said.
