Geordan Murphy and Donncha O'Callaghan have been included in the 31 man training squad assembled by Eddie O'Sullivan ahead of Ireland's 6 Nations clash against Italy.
The squad contains 22 of the players involved in Saturday's monumental win over the world champions England at Twickenham but the names of Murphy and O'Callaghan on the list are sure to raise spirits even further.
Leicester wing Murphy has been out of action since breaking his leg against Scotland in September last year, an injury which cruelly ruled him out of a World Cup.
O'Callaghan, who was preferred in second row ahead of Malcolm O'Kelly against Wales, returns after recovering from the knee injury that forced him off the pitch in the 36-15 win.
The team will be announced at the City West Hotel after training on Tuesday, March 16th.
