Mr Hanna, who has held a number of senior positions within Ulster Bank, including head of credit risk for the bank in Northern Ireland, has been named Nama’s head of credit and risk.
Both men will report directly to Nama chief executive Brendan McDonagh and will join the agency’s five-strong executive team
Aideen O'Reilly has been named Nama's head of legal and tax. Ms O'Reilly has worked as senior legal adviser with the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) since 2002 where she has been responsible for the provision of legal services to the NTMA, National Pensions Reserve Fund and State Claims Agency.
Nama's head of business services is Seán Ó Faoláin who has worked in a variety of roles with the NTMA since 1991, including management of the foreign currency debt and the start-up phase of the State Claims Agency which operates within the NTMA.
