Nevin is applying for legal aid to fund her appeal against the conviction of murdering her husband Tom.

The case is adjourned until next month until it is decided whether she is entitled to any of her late husband's estate including the Co Wicklow pub Jack White's Inn.

Nevin, who did not appear in court today, was jailed for life last March for the murder of her husband at Jack White's Inn in 1996.
