Chris Ward (26), will reappear at Belfast Crown Court tomorrow following discussions between lawyers in the case.

Prosecution lawyer Gordon Kerr QC asked Mr Justice McLaughlin: "Progress has been made; however... we ask you to rise today and sit again tomorrow morning."
