Irish businessman Denis O'Brien has bought 30,000 more shares in Imprint at 100 pence sterling each.
The purchase, made through Mr O'Brien's nominee Baycliffe, lifts his stake to about 2.16 million shares, or 5.68 per cent in the company.
On November 7th, recruitment company OPD Group said Imprint has recommended its offer of £41.4 million, the decision coming a day after rival Hydrogen Group said it is in advanced talks to buy the company for 125.6 pence a share.
