Celtic manager Martin O'Neill will protest to UEFA over the two-match ban handed to Neil Lennon.
The Northern Ireland midfielder has been ruled out of the Bhoys' UEFA Cup games against FK Teplice for insulting Swiss referee Urs Meier as his side dramatically crashed out of the Champions League in Lyon.
O'Neill has been given notification of the suspension but is far from happy with the explanation given by UEFA. He said: "We had a report in yesterday, and I have to say that it is all very vague.
"It is vague in the fact that some unidentified person was gesticulating, and I would need some clarification in it. It seems crazy that some unidentified person is being mentioned. "
O'Neill will also continue contract talks with a number of top stars in the coming weeks. Johan Mjallby, Stanislav Varga, Jackie McNamara and Liam Miller are out of contract in the summer.
