A police official said the accident, which happened yesterday, killed four Iraqis, three Indians, six Pakistanis, two Omanis, a Saudi, an Egyptian and the rest could only be identified as Asians. Both drivers died.

"It was a routine trip carrying 35 passengers from Muscat to Salalah when the seven-tonne vehicle skidded and hit the coach near the town of Haima," he said.
