Police in Northern Ireland are continuing to question a man in connection with an investigation into fraud that could run to £4 million.
The 51-year-old was arrested in Coleraine this morning, along with a 47-year-old man who was subsequently released pending a report to the PPS.
Both men had been questioned and released on bail earlier this year by detectives.
The investigation has been linked to mortgage fraud, money laundering and tax evasion.
The inquiry has lasted several months, with officers searching properties in the north west, Belfast and Co Down.
Eleven people have been interviewed in connection with the investigation.
