Lagos - Organisers of Nigeria's presidential vote yesterday urged vigilance as the country prepared to choose a new political leader to end more than 15 years of military rule.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) called for a high turnout in today's ballot as voters choose between the former military ruler, Gen Olusegun Obasanjo, and the former finance minister, Mr Olu Falae, to become the next Nigerian president.
