Washington - Israeli-Palestinian peace talks will reopen on Tuesday in Washington, State Department spokesman Mr James Rubin said in a statement yesterday.
The two sides have committed themselves to a new May target date for a framework deal leading to a final settlement by the agreed to September 13th deadline and these talks are meant to kick-start that process.
