The Northern Ireland Parades Commission has decided not to change its ruling on a nationalist parade in Kilkeel, Co Down today.
The parade, by the Ancient Order of Hibernians, will be allowed to follow its chosen route past Mourne Presbyterian Church from which it was restricted in past years.
Relatives of people killed by republican paramilitaries and buried nearby have vowed to challenge the commission's decision in the High Court.
