A CLATTER of Civil War descendents joined Francis Costello's family and friends in the Westbury Hotel on Tuesday to send his book, Michael Collins: In His Own Words out into the world. Collins's great grandniece, Nora Owens TD, was giving nothing away about election dates but seemed to think that some of her colleagues might be interested in Collins's advice on "car parking on election day" included in the book.
