Rome - Turkey's most wanted man, the fugitive guerrilla leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), is being held in Rome, and his extradition is being sought by Ankara. A police spokesman said Mr Abdullah Ocalan, who has been sought by Ankara for two decades, was detained at Rome's Fiumicino airport on Thursday night after flying in from Moscow on a false passport. "He was arrested with the intention of him being extradited," the spokesman commented.
