Police investigating the incident in which Britain’s Deputy Prime Minister Mr John Prescott punched a protester during the election campaign have passed a file to the Crown Prosecution Service.

North Wales Police said Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom "has reached a decision as regards the incident involving John Prescott and Craig Evans".
Mr Prescott was involved in an altercation with farm worker Mr Craig Evans after Mr Evans threw an egg at him as he arrived for an election campaign event in Rhyl.
