London - Queen Elizabeth's sister, Princess Margaret (70), has suffered another minor stroke and is receiving nursing care at her home in London, Buckingham Palace announced yesterday, reports Rachel Donnelly

The princess was taken ill on Tuesday afternoon, and a spokeswoman for Buckingham Palace said it would be "some while before the extent of her recovery can be determined. She is happy to stay among her own things where she is comfortable and among her family." She was not taken to hospital and is receiving medical care at her London residence in Kensington Palace. Reports indicated that the stroke had left the princess paralysed on her left side. But it was not clear whether she had regained movement.
