The PSNI has issued warned the public against approaching a high-risk sex offender who is believed to be somewhere in the six counties.

Neal Daniel Lynch, 29, who was convicted of serious assaults in the Republic, is currently subject to notification requirements under the UK's Sexual Offences Act 2003. However, the PSNI tonight revealed he has recently failed to comply with these orders. They refused to give any details of Lynch's crimes, but believe he may be in the north west region and have urged him to hand himself in. Members of the public were also warned not to approach the offender, who is described as 5ft 10ins with dark, shaven hair.
A broken nose is his most distinctive feature. Police believe he may have access to a Red Toyota Celica, vehicle registration mark - G411 FSJ.
