A Finglas, Dublin, pub was yesterday granted bar exemptions on the undertaking that it no longer ran youth discos. Sgt Liam Monaghan told the court that when he visited The Castle of Dubber Cross on October 28th at about 12.15 a.m. a disco for 14- to 18-year-olds was in progress. Only soft drinks were available, the court heard. An undertaking was also given to stop serving alcohol at 1.30 a.m. on exemption nights.
