Washington - A key aide to President Clinton found dead during the US leader's first term was clinically depressed when he committed suicide on July 20th, 1993, a report by Whitewater independent counsel, Mr Kenneth Starr, said yesterday. The report confirmed the finding that Deputy White House counsel, Mr Vincent Foster, a childhood pal of President Clinton and former Arkansas law partner of Mrs Hillary Rodham Clinton, died by his own hand and was not murdered.
