ranking rise by five places.

McCarthy's men top World Cup qualifying Group Two with three wins and two draws from five games. This has seen the team's FIFA rating rise to 30th spot.

Northern Ireland, with just one win from five games and needing a miracle to qualify for next year's World Cup, have fallen two places to 98th.
