Geneva - The UN human rights commissioner, Mrs Mary Robinson, who has expressed concern over alleged rights violations against civilians in Chechnya, will visit the Russian rebel region in two weeks time for two days, her spokesman said. Mrs Robinson's trip, at Moscow's invitation, will allow her to report back her findings to the UN Commission on Human Rights. The 53-member body opens its annual six-week session in Geneva on Monday.
