Moscow - A plane reported hijacked between the Siberian town of Omsk and Krasnodar in the south has landed safely, the Russian ministry of emergency situations said late last night, denying an NTV television report that it had been seized.
Police questioned passengers and examined the plane, following an anonymous call saying that there was a bomb on board, the ministry added.
The NTV channel reported that armed terrorists had taken control after the plane took off from Omsk.
