A Denver man (24) was responsible for weekend shootings at a Colorado church and a missionary training centre that killed four people, police said.
Police said Matthew Murray had ties to the Christian missionary training centre in Arvada, where he killed two young missionaries with a handgun shortly after midnight.
Murray then reportedly travelled 70 miles to the giant New Life church in Colorado Springs, where he killed two teenage sisters in the car park before being shot to death by a security guard.
Forensic and ballistics evidence tied Murray to both attacks, police said.
