Gardai investigating the disappearance of a 33 year-old Lithuanian man in Cork have broadened their search to woodland on the outskirts of the city.
Raimundas Berzinskas (33) has been missing from his home at St Finbarr's Place, Proby's Quay, Cork since December 15th.
He is in breach of bail conditions imposed after he was charged with the manslaughter of fellow Lithuanian Gintaras Balcionas, 38, on the Lower Glanmire Road in the city in October 2005. Raimundas Berzinskas is a carpenter by trade. He is 6ft 2in, of strong build and with fair close shaved hair. When last seen he was wearing a dark green waist length jacket, black trousers, black shoes and a back hooded top with grey print.
