Rudraprayag - A fresh earthquake yesterday started panic in this northern Indian region, still recovering from a tremor this week that left more than 100 people dead.

The second quake, measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale, hit the Rudraprayag district of Uttar Pradesh state, striking fear among the hundreds of people who have been camping in the open since the first quake on Monday morning.
