Seth Johnson has completed his Stg£7million move to Leeds United from Derby after passing a medical and agreeing a five-year contract.
Johnson's fee could rise to Stg£9million, based on appearances, and he will be paraded before Leeds' fans at half-time in tonight's UEFA Cup second round, first leg tie against Troyes.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who made his England debut in the friendly against Italy last November when Peter Taylor was caretaker manager, could make his Leeds debut against Chelsea on Sunday.
Leeds chairman Peter Ridsdale said: "Seth's arrival reflects the progress we have made. We hope he can go on to bigger and better things now."
