Chileans urged to loosen up
Chilean men have been urged to take off their ties as part of a government-led campaign to help fight global warming. The initiative, aimed at reducing air-conditioning costs, has prompted television ads in the South American country. In the clip, government officials (including ministers for economy, energy and defence) undo their ties and unbutton their collars while explaining how the move will save energy. Curiously, however, some of them are outside.
