Karachi - Pakistani prosecutors yesterday pardoned one of Mr Nawaz Sharif's co-accused after he turned star witness in the treason and murder conspiracy case brought by country's military rulers against the deposed prime minister, officials said.
Aminullah Chaudhary, a former director general of the Civil Aviation Authority, has made a confession saying Mr Sharif ordered him not to let a plane carrying army chief Gen. Pervez Musharraf and nearly 200 other passengers land at Karachi on October 12th.
