SMALL PRINT:GOOD NEWS FOR shark film fans: Bret Easton Ellis has teamed up with the writer of Taxi Driver, Paul Schrader, to work on a new project called Bait. The film will centre around a disgruntled employee at an exclusive beach club, who directs a yacht into shark-infested waters in order to do away with his intolerable clients. Dozens of writers and directors have tried to outdo Jawsin the great shark film stakes, but all have failed. Do Schrader and Ellis have what it takes? Let's take a look at what they're up against:
