Miami - A small plane flown by a novice was stolen from a flight school in the Florida Keys yesterday and landed in Cuba, local television reported.
The manager of Paradise Aviation in Marathon said the pilot was on his first solo flight. But instead of coming into land, "he headed south . . . we thought he was just panicking."
