Streetmap is set to launch a mapping service covering the whole of Europe. The Pocket PC downloads will offer maps and driving directions for handheld computer users.
The subscription-based service will be followed by a desktop PC version later in the year.
Co-creator Kate Sutton told ZDNet that pricing details are yet to confirmed, "but will be attractive".
The firm is already working on an upgrade including speech synthesis software.
