A 45-year-old teacher has been charged at Limerick District Court with sexual assault of two teenage boys. State Solicitor Mr Michael Murray yesterday said two out of six charges were being withdrawn.
The offences were alleged to have taken place in three counties in the mid-west between September 1994 and March 1997. The father of three, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has denied all the charges. He was remanded on continuing bail until April 5th.
