The banning of smoking in public service vehicles, aircraft, trains, hospitals, all or part of schools and colleges, State buildings, cinemas/theatres and other places "normally used for indoor public entertainment".

The banning of the sale of sweets that resemble cigarettes.

A ban on tobacco advertising (with limited exceptions) and all forms of sponsorship by the tobacco industry.

The disclosure by cigarette manufacturers of ingredients in tobacco products, which will also be open to testing.
