When a company makes exciting theatre from a bad novel and ham film, it is time to take notice. The Corn Exchange did just that last year with Baby Jane, grabbing the attention of many who had missed their other productions in the maelstroms of Dublin Fringe Festivals, such as Streetcar - with a male Blanche Dubois - Big Bad Woolf and Michael West's A Play On Two Chairs. And there was the award-winning Car Show, strikingly original.

Michael West is also a writer with an individual difference. He has now written a version of Chekhov's The Seagull, (above) trumpeted in advance as fast and funny, hilarious like we've never seen it before. Hilarious? Chekhov? Keep the faith.

All will be revealed at Project @ The Mint on June 22nd.
