A 13-year-old girl was killed this morning when she hit by jeep in Co Kildare.
The Garda say the circumstances of the incident have not yet been established.
The girl was brought to Blanchardstown Hospital after the incident, which happened at about 8 a.m. at Ladychapel in Maynooth.
