Three suspected terrorists have never been questioned by police about an alleged plot to attack the London Underground with poison gas, a British court heard today.
The three, charged under the Terrorism Act, made a short appearance at Bow Street Magistrates court in central London.
The men, all of North African descent, appeared in the dock with two interpreters.
Mr Rabah Chekat-Bais (21); Mr Rabah Kadris, in his mid thirties; and Mr Karim Kadouri (33) - all north African Muslims of no fixed abode - were remanded in custody for four weeks by district judge Mr Timothy Workman. They will appear again on December 16th.
